Are you looking for a pilates program that covers the whole body? Stretching the whole body, mobilising your joints, making your muscles stronger and feeling good after a 15 minutes spent on yourself?

This pilates based workout program is a combination of We’ve Got Your Back and Strong Neck and Shoulders.  It has 60 videos which is real-time (so we will move together), and 15-20 minutes long hence perfect fit for any life style. You can do the training program anywhere and anytime. To exercise along, all you need 20 min (or more why not combine couple videos) of your time everyday or spread it through the week.

All you need will be:

  • mat
  • beach towel
  • belt
  • yoga blocks(can be replaced by book or edge of couch)
  • small soft ball(can be replaced by rolled towel or mat)
  • blanket
  • piece of wall
  • and max 20 minute a day
  • Foam roller (can be replaced by rolled blanket or bolster)

This program is a short and effective program to get you moving. There will be detailed cues, loads of modification to guide you through. As you make a one time purchase, you’ll have a year access to 60 contemporary pilates based real time exercise videos and 1 short anatomy intro video.
